Whaler: personality as an event filter
Whaler is the first practical case where architecture roles can be seen without metaphysics.
market -> level-v3 press -> 8-lane VSB tape
-> Decima personality -> rare pattern event
-> context/risk director -> execution or skip
The market produces an irreversible trade sequence. The press maps it into normalized motion, range energy, tempo, side pressure, mass, absorption, and imbalance.
The baker constructs the hydraulic personality: branches that accumulate pressure, release it, retain lock, and emit an event.
Decima lives through the tape. Every ACTIVE tile hears one frame while different signed matrices integrate different relationships. A signal appears rarely, after several phases of history align inside a designed organ.
The director decides whether action is permitted by position, context, and risk.
Input frequency is not decision frequency. Millions of messages may produce a handful of events. Silence is often the correct filter output.
Whaler does not prove Decima is universal. It demonstrates something narrower and important: the architecture can operate as an event sensor in a real noisy environment.
